Capping interest rates


John Koppisch is an old friend of the South African Libertarian Society. These days he writes for Forbes Magazine. This article is interesting in its own right, but also because it makes mention of another old friend, Nancy Vermeulen nee Seijas, who organised a wonderful seminar at the Indaba Hotel many years back.

    Interesting that even Indian peasants seem to have more freedom to order their affairs these days than hopelessly over-regulated westerners. Ah well, just so long as we’re safe….
